I added this chapter added in December 2024, because many people speak of Chakras and Kundalini, but few say what they really are useful for, and what we can actually do with them. So I gather here some stuff dispersed in this book, but especially I share some interesting things I have found that you will probably not find anywhere else. Let us see that, after some introductory sub-chapters:
(Permalien) Usually, in charts, the Chakras are represented as circles of different colours, containing letters or symbols, with Nadis (channels) connecting them. Their number or position vary according to the systems. These symbols all have their utility, general or proper to a specific spiritual system. So that, if you are practising any of such system, do not stop for anything I said here. But what follows may bring a deeper understanding of what you are doing, with better results, and even unexpected results.
Indeed, the Chakras are not «symbols», and it is misleading to ignore what they really are:
The Chakras are consciousness experiences. And more precisely, when we open them with the Kundalini, they are pleasure (sexual pleasure if we do this way).
What consciousness experiences? For a beginner, the Chakras are visualisations. They become habits, when we can visualise them instantly without effort. Finally they become parts of our spiritual body, we shall see that further. At this moment, Chakras become each a different kind of pleasure or emotion, and a desire for this emotion. Of course not the frustrating egotic desire, but an expectation-less desire, as learned in meditation.
(Permalien) Even if some neurologists study the effects of meditation practices, the academia is still strangely silent on these matters. Scientistism (note 92) side, the usual official pseudoscience babble is that Chakras are beliefs, to be studied in the history of religions. The libertarian atheist site Wikipedia frankly makes a fool of itself (2024), with its usual denigration of spirituality: «after these conceptions, the Chakras would be...». Sure they do not want to admit what they are, lol
The serious scientific study of the Chakras and Kundalini deals with consciousness experiences, so that it requires the General Epistemology explained in the second part of this book.
And some neurology, as we have to reply a question: why do the Chakras appear about in the same place for everybody. In short, a plausible reason for this reproducibility would be that our nervous system has a «map» of our body. I think this map appeared in evolution with the coelomates (today earthworms), who had a nervous plexus in each of their rings. Today the cyrlikar (chapitre V-19) of this map would still be here, priming the sensations of the Chakras when we start to meditate on them.
This neural map of the body sensitivity to emotions is usually unconscious, but it would still be able to seed the conscious experiences of the Chakras, with proper exercises. I say seeding, because the creations of the chakras goes much further than this nervous template: the creation of a spiritual body, that is made of consciousness experiences. We see that a bit further.
(Permalien) To start with, sex is «tantric» only when we have realized the Emptiness of our sensations, and this Emptiness makes us feel spiritual bliss. If we are still relying on the bodily sensations of fluids moving in pipes, we are not Tantric. We can be Raël or Rajneesh, but not Tantric.
Second, Nearby all spiritual masters propose chaste methods, and advise against sexual Yoga, despite all the texts and traditions consider sexual Yoga as a legit path. Indeed, they do not want to engage their responsibility, with a practice fraught with some serious dangers:
-Creating sexual fantasies binding us even more with expectations and frustration
-Violent, dark or porn fantasies can bind us with a hellish afterlife.
-Focusing on the gross bodily sensations instead of the subtle spiritual energies, thus hiding the later.
-Bringing chaos in social life, with «seeking a partner», and you guess what happens a moment after: «seeking another». If you are not of the very few lucky ones with a good Shakti or Shakta, do not wait for one: masturbate. At least this avoids the social danger.
Sex Yoga has a serious advantage however: the bliss is much stronger than any visualisation (at least in the beginning, visualisation always win in the end)
So you have the choice of the tools, cool safe chaste ride, or fast rodeo with the sex desire. You choose, not me.
My advices if you choose the rodeo:
-Start with studying multiorgasmic sex with the books of Master Mantak Chia on Male Sexual Energy and Female Sexual Energy. You will just go 30 times faster. (At this point, you start to think, darn, I should have chosen the rodeo)
-Caution with dark, porn, violent, unnatural fantasies. In this domain, What You Visualise Is What You Get. So that, better to visualise beautiful, luminous, angelic stuff.
-Continue the chaste meditation practices, in separate sessions, without meddling the recommended visualisations with your sex fantasies.
-Continue meeting people in the same spiritual path.
-Keep your mouth shut about the horizontal part of your practice.
-Sex desire is not spontaneously a spiritual energy. It becomes one only when we purify it of the egotistic desire, chapter VI-10.
-The physical sensations of sex, like the movement of fluid in the plumbing, is not what we call bliss. Bliss appears only when we create the Kundalini. Once this done, you cannot revert the process, so much Bliss is superior to any material sensation.
(Permalien) The Patanjali Hatha Yoga system is the «reference» on Chakras, in a way. About what each Chakra does, it is not easy to find reliable sources on the Internet, most sites are polluted by the «personal development», often in contradiction of the real Tantric purpose. The best I know is, from top to bottom:
7 Sahasrāra: Top of the head or above, Violet, spiritual awakening, or the divine
6 Ājñā: eyes, Dark blue, Indigo, understanding of the truth
5 Viśuddha: Throat, Light blue, Cyan, Expression, communication
4 Anāhata: Heart, Green, love of others
3 Maṇipūra: Navel, Yellow, emotions, pleasure
2 Svādhiṣṭhāna: Sacrum, Orange, sexual pleasure
1 Mūlādhāra: Perineum, Red, base life energy (see further what it is)
The Tibetan system does not propose a fixed role for each Chakra: each Tantra has its own set of correspondences. Some systems place Yidams in the Chakras. Still the general idea remains the same: working on a given Chakra trains to a given quality.
And since Buddhism is not theist, the Tibetan systems places the Buddha (or the Yidam) on top of the head, in the place where a Christian would place God (chapter V-6). But this must not fool us: the supreme qualities of the Buddha are Compassion, a very Christian value, and the realization of Emptiness, or the ultimate understanding of reality.
The Chinese Taoist system is not an equivalent of the Hatha Yoga system. This is why we cannot really practice several religions or spiritual path at once, only add compatible elements of other system to our main practice.
In the simplest version, there are three TanTien:
-The upper one, on the top of the head
-The middle one, at the heart level
-The lower one, on the navel
-The Microcosmic Orbit, a circulation raising and lowering around them.
The Taoist system, especially the Chi Gong, has for purpose to balance the three. After, we enter in very different concepts, mostly based on the medicine of the Five Elements and acupuncture meridians. However the base principle remains the same: creating pleasure centres, building blocks of our spiritual body.
The Hebraic Sephirotic tree also has seven levels. But it differs of the Hatha Yoga system in several ways:
-The Sephirotic tree is not primarily intended to be superimposed to the body map or to the Chakras map. But it is allowed to do so.
-Three of the seven levels are duplicated in a left -right pair, each forming a Yin☯Yang dialectics (that the Hebrew thus discovered independently).
-The Sephirotic tree describes a progression of our consciousness, so that we pass by each Sephirah, in a more or less straight or zig-zag trajectory, instead of meditating them all together simultaneously.
Anyway these systems are starters systems. With long habituation, and some explorations of other systems, we create a continuum of bliss and positive emotions all along our body, so that any system gives the same end result. Then you can meditate the system you like, and even add compatible contributions from other systems.
(Permalien) The meditation on Kundalini is a set of techniques aiming at creating a circulation of the various energies. It starts from the lower Chakras, because it is easier to feel the energy here (If we focus on bliss. If we focus on physical sensations instead, we totally miss the point). The Kundalini rises along the spine, as we open the Chakras (feel them).
On later stages, we add other circulations toward the sides, or descending back to the root, or between two sexual partners (this is difficult, and you see why it is so hard to find a real Tantra partner). Other systems propose different circulations, like the Taoist Microcosmic Orbit.
In the end, here too, we arrive with a continuum of sensations throughout the body. This makes the differences of systems irrelevant, since they all lead to the same result. At a pinch, a Catholic could do the whole process starting from the Divine Light above his head, and descending all the way down. (But he still needs to go really all the way down, that is until the sex organs. If he does not, he may arrive in the Paradise without what is needed to enjoy it, lol)
The important point here, about comparing or merging systems, is to use meditation, which is non-Aristotelian (chapter I-3). Any mindset of analysis or classification will totally block the process and create endless discussions: we cannot put a non-Aristotelian truth in a finite set of Aristotelian statements (chapitre I-9)
(Permalien) The theory of logical self-generation of consciousness (chapiter V-2) predicts that consciousness should continue after the death of the physical body. On facts, 82% of people do not report a NDE. Nobody knows why, but there are 3 kinds of hypothesis:
-They had a NDE, but they do not remember
-They really die, becoming forever unconscious
-They never were conscious before, having always lived like zombies.
Another issue is that some NDEers report just having being a globe of light, or at a pinch a «spiritual body» made of light. This is a bit frustrating for us sensual beings, accustomed to a firm and well defined body. On the other hand, when such a definite «Earth-like» body is visible, it is young and complete, even in the case where the physical body was old or it had been amputated.
A third issue is that some report unpleasant experiences, including hell-like experiences or great loneliness experiences. And since NDE usually last some minutes, hours at best, we have no idea on how long these people can stay «in hell», perhaps forever.
These three issues leave a lot of ways for things to go awry after our death. The reply of the Tantras is to create a full spiritual body, so that we find a pleasant one when we die. Or even simply as a warrant to have an afterlife at all, instead of our consciousness just stopping forever. It can also be useful in our present life, we shall see this in the sub-chapter on what I found.
A spiritual body is not made of flesh, it is made of the only elements which can exist in spiritual worlds: experiences of consciousness. That is, images, feelings, sensations, contact, emotions. This makes it relatively easy to create one: we just need to imagine wearing one, that is, visualising it. And we are totally free to have it as (Chapter VI-9) as we like, young, slender, complete. We can even make it of a different race, or a different sex, or maybe even create several, to become a shapeshifter in the afterlife. (I found that myself in 1972, well before we spoke of Tantras)
But just images may be not enough: this body must be able to feel sensations and emotions, in order to be «alive». This is where the Chakras enter in play, by providing a template anchoring those emotions in the image of our imagined body. Then, in a meditation session, we visualise this body, but also we visualise the various pleasant sensations and emotions a body can be the place of.
However, a simple visualisation is not enough: it is important to do it in Vacuity. Our neurons are material objects, so they don't have the power to create anything immaterial. Only our consciousness can do that. But for that to happen, the ego must not interfere or try to control the process. Hence the importance of meditating in Vacuity, or at least in mental emptiness (Shiné, Samatha, Zen), so as not to create grasping, expectation or frustration which could cancel out the result, or even produce an opposite result.
Then, meditating regularly on both image and sensations makes us accustomed to feeling our spiritual body. That is, it creates the karma of finding our imagined body for real, the day when we die. And with it, all the bodily experiences we may have.
This is why this practice is a lifetime endeavour, needing to start with basic meditations like mind emptiness, detachment, etc. Hence the need to learn all this in tested traditional Tantric practices, without keeping to the reading of the present paragraphs. Most masters will even require proficiency in that, before teaching the spiritual body practice. This is a good reason to start at once.
A little known fact is that this visualisation also works for vision of sleep paralysis (Chapter V-8).
You may say, emotions do not have a place in the body. Indeed, and this is why there can be several Chakras systems. But there still are some common needs, like classifying them from bottom to top, from the most earthy to the most divine. Putting them the other way around would be bizarre, non-Human. Anyway, as we advance in the meditation, we better feel a continuum of sensations, and the differences between the systems become irrelevant.
On a neurology point of view, emotions and engrams are more or less connected to a neural map of the body (examples in what I found). These places were found centuries ago by the Yogis, and this is how Chakras finally have a neural correlate. But those neurones are not in the Chakras, they are in the brain. This is what confused scientists.
So that meditating on the Chakras helps in creating a whole Human spiritual being, with all its set of sensations and emotions.
This is for the afterlife, but it also is very profitable right now, to produce a balanced and positive psyche, as we shall see in what I found.
And if there really are zombies without consciousness, this may be the occasion for them to create one! As seen is Chapter V-2.
(Permalien) Marxism and revolutions have accustomed us to the strange idea of killing people to make the world better. Or they love dark descriptions of all the evil they can find, enticing into despair or violence. I knew some who even wanted to forbid me to smile!!
The basic principle of spirituality goes in the opposite: we visualise a better world. Materialists will bray that this would be inefficient. But visualising a better world can help in several ways:
-It prepares a better afterlife for us individually. A great part of Tantric meditations is visualising the Mandala (heavenly abode) of a deity. Visualising a wonderful afterlife is the main practice of Pure Land Buddhism.
-It helps us in our present material life, against depression, or against indulging in desperate or angry acts. This creates a better world, by becoming oneself a better part of it.
-It can help the whole world itself, if we visualise it clear, happy, luminous, peaceful, merry, safe. Since meditating on our Chakras created a «reserve» of such feelings, we can project them on the world. Then it sends them back so that the energies circulate, as in our body.
Annoying warnings:
The problem here is, since 25 years I started publishing on General Epistemology, I did not yet met anybody using it. In the centuries ahead, this situation will look extremely strange, as if I had discovered electricity, and used it to light and warm my house, and everybody sees my illuminated windows, and they all pass in the dark and cold street, without anybody wondering what is going on in there. This curious case makes that I miss some necessary science methods, like reproducing experiments, or peer referee.
So that this sub-chapter needs some caution: «what I found» is not divine speech. Take it as a science in the building.
Well, maybe it was better that I worked alone, at least a complete system may emerge, under a single authority, without being polluted by opinions, false psychologists and false gurus. And critics will need to go at least as far as I am myself, ha ha ha ha!
By trying yourself the indicated methods, you may find some differences with what I write. Yet I am confident in writing what follows, since it remains valid as long as you use non-Aristotelian meditation for your understanding. Trying any analytic method will just produce a huge explosion of an infinite number of systems. Not my purpose.
Now to the topic. When we start meditating on the Chakras, our body is not a blank: we already have emotions and habits, some diffuse, some localised. Actually a totally grey body is a fiction: the Chakras, and all the related emotions and vibes, develop spontaneously in happy people, as long as they do not suffer of any opinion, neurosis or ideology blocking the process.
The problem is, we all more or less passed through harrowing experiences, which left unconscious engrams or in our body and psyche (Sanskars in Sanscript, traumatism in medical language): injuries in our psyche, reflex negative emotions such as fear, shyness, inhibition, etc. They are programmed in our system in such a way that they appear to us as a normal part of life. This lack of awareness is possible if the trauma took place before the age of three, or if we do not identify it as a trauma (for instance living with a sociopath without understanding what he does ends up making us feel that fear of others is normal).
We can think at most people being grey, with some muted colour Chakras, and the engrams appearing as dark zones. With the work on the Chakras, the body becomes clear and the Chakras brightly coloured and luminous, eliminating the dark engrams. (All these expressions are of course metaphors, referring to feelings appearing in our mind, about a reality which has no appearance)
To be noted here that «visualising the Chakras» refers to a deeply emotional experience of the vibes of each of them. Flatly visualising symbols has no effect. Of course when we start, we do not feel any emotion. This is why I recommend to start directly by visualising these emotions. The symbols are useful for the exoteric (note 101) representations of the Chakras, but less in our esoteric practice. Depending of people, they can vary from a simple reminder to an impediment.
Despite these engrams are unconscious, they have very visible effects, such as submissiveness, guilt feelings, fear of authority, inhibition and shyness in society, shame of the body, panic fear of silence, no purpose in life, and many others. The extreme case is PTSD, but most people live with discreet forms of PTSD producing various inappropriate feelings, recurrent unpleasant dreams, etc.
Since the cause is unconscious, the effect of such injuries seem «natural» to us, as if life would necessarily be like that. But it can hamper us as strongly as walking bearing a cement bag, or shackles to our feet, or greasy glasses. I do not exaggerate, as we are to see on examples:
(Permalien) I give more details on this, in chapter V-15. In short, sexual humiliation of babies, for instance at the occasion of learning to be clean, would bring sexual shyness in adults. And, since our brain does not know the difference between sex desire and any other desire, this conditions inhibits the whole persona, resulting in these hordes of gray people in the street, without projects or initiative in life. This is a severe issue, and one of the main causes of the morbid submissiveness of the masses.
In an explanation after the Chakras, this sexual inhibition appears as a dark engram in the place of the root Chakra. This blocks it, inhibiting the very desire to live, the desire to do things with our life: the person has no real project for his life, just responding to situations. This is why I say above that this Chakra governs the «life energy». No fancy metaphysics here: it is just the figurative energy that we put in our undertakings in life.
The remedy is quite simple, and I «tested» it: visualising pride in the root Chakra, more accurately where we were humiliated: the anus, the sex and the buttocks. It will take more or less time, depending in your meditation skills, but this pride will lead you to feel as a whole person, proud and determined by yourself.
(See the chapter V-15 for more explanations and precautions)
(And this is not an invite to homosexuality. Although it may create a desire for this, chapter VI-5. If you do not want that, do not indulge in fantasizing about it)
(Permalien) Disclaimer: I do not mean that school is intrinsically sadomasochistic. But some teachers have a real gift to establish this style of sadistic domination and humiliation relationship with their pupils. I knew several, all along my scholarship, including some frankly nutter and caricatural. With my opinion, firing them would make less teachers, but more school: children would learn faster, not needing to repeat grades, and they would even be able to study with the Internet. (With certified school teacher AI, yeah). Many parents aggravate the situation, by scolding instead of helping. This was the case with my father, who always greeted our end of year results with screaming and even spanking, despite they were acceptable to good.
Muddling with the scholarship of children is a serious mistreatment, which produces several very recognisable symptoms:
-The disgust of some matters (often maths, but for me it was more grammar). This is often accompanied with a feeling that these matters are dark, trouble, repulsive. Feeling which can extend to the whole school thing, leading to the certain failure of otherwise capable children.
-Anguish of an impossible deadline, an urgent task to accomplish, but we cannot. Thanks to one of my teachers especially, I often feel this one, even when I have plenty of time to do what is requested.
-Feeling of being inferior, stupid, inadequate (The impostor syndrome is a case of this)
-Feeling that we have to reply a problem that we cannot understand (often in maths)
-Repeating dreams as what we must go back to school, or to any other unpleasant situation where we were mistreated in this way.
We can consider that these kinds of negative engrams are in the heart Chakra. So that we can meditate light here. «Heart» is a bit misleading, it seems that feeling the bliss into the whole chest, back or spine is better.
The emotion to visualise here here would rather be confidence, a nuance of confidence that everything will happen right, without we need to worry or to do anything special. The exact feeling is that we are «in the hand of God» (without the «», if you are religious), that is, «God» will make everything happen right for us, without we have to do anything special, and even without we need to ask for, and especially without we need to make plans and expectations on how it will happen. This last point is important, because making projects or description of what we want is the first step of the hardening of the ego. If left unchecked, this hardening will block any further process. This is why when we enter in spirituality, in all the system the first thing we learn is the emptiness of the mind. So that we just meditate the total confidence that the right thing will happen, and we scoot off in mind emptiness as soon as projects or requirements start to appear in our mind.
(Permalien) Starting from here I am less sure, or I rely on traditional explanations. This is where it would be useful that others too contribute… I do not necessarily have all the diseases myself.
(Permalien) Normally, for us tribal people, any encounter should be a cause of pleasure and happiness. This is not the case, and many of us feel society as a source of fear, or as something superior which is always right, and too strong to question anyway. These neurosis form at the age of three, a sensitive period where we are supposed to learn the limits of our individual freedom versus the harmony of the group. This learning normally happens with just the feedback from others. Likely, too much scolding or arbitrary scolding produce the submission symptoms. But it is well documented that lack of feedback during this «sensitive period» produces an even worse condition, where the victim continuously «seeks the limits» further and further, to the point of becoming delinquent. This is why two opposing titles lead to the same explanations.
After the functions traditionally attached to the Chakras, both these two disorders should be mended by working on the throat Chakra.
(Permalien) Being shy to speak in a public setting is not natural, it also is the result of a traumatism. Probably from stalking or repressed initiatives during early childhood. The remedy would be visualising light and confidence at the level of the throat Chakra.
(Permalien) None of these are natural either, and they may also result from a sexual traumatism during early childhood, at the occasion of the first social contacts. The remedy would be visualising light and pride in the lower chakra.
(Permalien) This results mainly from the activity of sociopaths, and it can be severe if caused by the parents or teachers of young children. The first remedy here is to study the problem, and how the sociopaths (chapitre V-13) try to destroy us (too often successfully). Then, likely the root Chakra is the remedy, or maybe all.
(Permalien) There can be several causes, like a senseless life, solitude, negative persons, old houses, sad musics heard in the media (shut them down). My main advice here is to meet psychologically normal people. The best place for this being attending serious spiritual centres. This also is the place for learning how to control the basic frustration of being in this «imperfect» world. On Chakras, visualise all of them with beautiful colours and pleasant sensations.
A good love partner can be a solution, but seeking frantically can lead to choosing bad ones, which can be worse. Always try some living together before engaging.
A hint is that depression, and other anguishes or regrets, often happen is specific moments, like awakening in the morning, or when seeing the sunset. This tells us that it is the moment to meditate the opposite, merriness, luminous colours, why not in Chakras.
One of the keys of getting out of depression is the management of frustration. Indeed, if we are not happy, or the world is not what we like, we get sad, this is normal. But if we cultivate frustration, then this frustration becomes a cause of sadness by itself, thus locking us into sadness even deeper, even if the outside causes are removed. This is why serious spiritual paths propose meditations against expectations and frustration.
(Permalien) This one is easy to catch, and it can be acquired at any time. But children being defenceless, they are especially exposed to it. If you look objectively, somebody angry is just plain ridiculous, and out of his mind as a drunkard. But if this anger is followed by violence, especially on young children, this creates this paralysing fear in front of angry persons. Usually this kind of PTSD is acquired during childhood. This is why disciplining children must be done without manifesting anger, even in the case we administrate corporeal punishment. (Disclaimer: in countries hostile to children, which totally forbid corporeal punishment, do not do children at all chapter V-15). I you get angry, never resort to corporeal punishment in this case, the children will automatically and instantaneously link authority and danger.
The only fear children must have is about doing bad actions.
Manifesting anger without punishing at all is even worse, this totally destroys any parental authority and later any respect of society.
The remedy to both troubles likely are opening the root Chakra and the throat Chakra.
(Permalien) Before getting excited, making miraculous healing is a feat of highly advanced people, so do not build expectations for this. It sometimes happens, when we forget to get excited about this possibility. Expectations are what is locking the exit gate of hell.
What most people are able to do however, and it is recognized by science, is to create a placebo effect. Scientists say that placebo works with «belief». But everybody else know that it happens with a positive state of mind. To the point that doctors and surgeons often play at making prognostics, depending if the person has a positive or negative state of mind. The placebo is the miracle of the poor, in a way.
Of course any other positive visualisation can work, but visualising luminous Chakras filled with all sorts of positive emotions can help a lot.
(Permalien) Of course no meditation can make us lose fat, but it may work on hunger. So visualising plenitude and the navel Chakra may work against obesity.
(Permalien) At this point, I have no more accurate findings, and this topic needs more experience than a single individual can have. But already the two first remedies above are interesting.
I shall keep this updated if I get more info.
(Permalien) The above practices work when we have a strong consciousness experience of the light, colour, vibe and bliss in our body. Making nice rituals without this, reciting sacred texts without this, or even thinking at symbols without this, is just as useless as trying to run a car without gasoline. You will be tired and discouraged well before producing any useful result. The symbols of the Chakras do not operate by themselves, they just were convenient means to apprehend the vibes of the Chakras, in a time where many disciples did not knew to read.
It is dangerous to visualise something moving up our spine and entering our head. At least, you can get a serious headache. This is why this is done only in the Phowa, normally before dying. To avoid this issue, it is important to visualise the Chakras becoming alight each in their turn, like a fire which propagates, instead of something moving.
About negative engrams, it is dangerous to visualise anything dark, evil or demonic. The reason is quite simple: the visualisation makes them become «real» and effective for us, just as it does with the positive Chakras. Even visualising their destruction is dangerous: since you must recreate their image at each session, they will get the habit to «re-spawn» as the vilain in video games.
Examples:
-I once «tested» a cult doing «purification» practices, with a partner «sending the light» to our brow Chakra. It is surprisingly unpleasant, and it can even hurt. I have no idea of why, so better to abstain (probably as with the Phowa it is a vasodilator, hence the «migraine»). In more it gives disparaging visions, probably it was the partner visualising that, hence the danger of such practices with unknown partners in uncontrolled conditions. Actually this cult was the old scam of the «purification practice» which creates the problem it is supposed to get us rid of. Please pass by the cash register when exiting the temple.
(Incidentally, the fact that a partner's thought can have physical effects on us is a full fledged parapsychological phenomenon, in more very easy to reproduce. You understand then why I accept their existence since 1985, and why I laugh at anyone who does not «believe» in them.)
-Some also say that we have «demons» which may lurk in our Chakras. Having negative engrams is already annoying enough, so please do not give them a statute of a being with deliberate intents. Since they are imaginary, they will have all the imaginary schemes and evil plans that you can be afraid of, so that it is better not to think at demons at all, and think only at your positive visualisation. This attitude also is the best in the case there would really be a demon, so that you win in both cases.
-This is too the reason why «exorcism» has such a bad repute. By provoking a demon, you engage in a duel that you can never win. As a demon feeds on conflict mind, the strongest you fight it, the strongest it becomes. Just keep visualising your positive world, where demons do not exist. If you still think there is one, put yourself in the hand of a divine power, as Catholics do.
